The historic GARE MASSENA station is the heart of a new innovative urban development in Paris.
The development comprises a fifteen-story timber-clad tower that promotes a sustainable agricultural cycle, serving as a platform for advanced research through art and culture.

The tower's lower levels accommodate an interactive canteen, an organic market selling foods from local sources, a street gallery, and a flexible event venue. The upper area of the tower provides residential accommodation with housing units integrating vegetation that spreads across a series of balconies and terraces.
